Going anywhere unarmed is dangerous, ignorant and uncaring

I am a person who is a firm believer in the second amendment of our Constitution. I am also a big believer in gun safety issues. I also believe that all people who choose to have a gun should be required to go through gun safety classes before they can carry it outside of their home. The politicians on the liberal side of the Democratic Party seem to want to take everyone’s firearms away making everyone except themselves (they always have armed body guards around themselves) open an easy targets for a demented criminal. The government is never going to be able to get the guns away from all the bad folks in this country as most of them are bought outside of our Nations laws. I am writing this a couple of days after the two demented ass hats shot up a bunch of unarmed people in El Paso and Dayton plus only about 10 days after the shooting at a festival in California.  All of these cowardly attacks on innocent people are disgusting and pure evil. Personally I don’t go anywhere without a firearm on me because contrary to many peoples beliefs of (I never thought it could happen here) such evil can happen anywhere at any time. I just came back from getting groceries at my local Wal-Mart and the whole time I had a firearm on me, if someone had come into the store and started shooting at people I would have done my best to end them ASAP before they could add to their body count. Waiting on someone with a gun (Police) to get there could easily cost several dozen lives. People like myself are not a threat to anyone, we are simply free security for the stores, markets or churches we are at. Guns are not what kill people it is only the sick demented horses asses who choose to shoot unarmed people. Think about the coward who shot those people in El Paso, when the guns showed up, he surrendered. People need to have guns on them when they go out in public, if you don’t have the training, make it a priority to get the training. Learn how to protect yourself, your family and the other innocent people who are around you. Wise up America, if you are disarmed you might as well put a neon target on your chest because these issues are not going to stop until we the people put an end to these cowards. Being a coward yourself, only gets you and your loved ones dead before your/their time.

3 States With Very Restrictive Gun Laws With Three Mass Shootings This Weekend

3 States With Very Restrictive Gun Laws With Three Mass Shootings This Weekend

This letter to you this evening is one filled with my opinions on guns and gun laws here in the U.S. as well as some facts for you to consider. New York, Illinois and California are three of the most restrictive gun law States in our Nation. Since Friday evening through Sunday night there were three mass shooting that I am aware of. First, Friday evening at a block party in Brooklyn NY some coward opened fire on the crowd killing at least three and wounding eleven. Sunday evening in the city of Gilroy in north central California another coward, or two, did the same at their annual festival, again killing at least three and wounding eleven. Over the weekend in Chicago the police there say that from 5 PM Friday through Sunday evening 40 more people were shot with at least 8 being killed. One thing that these three States have in common is that they are three of the most restrictive gun law States in our Nation.

What I mean by ‘restrictive’ is simple, it means that the laws in those States make it very difficult to buy and possess a firearm legally and to carry one on you, almost impossible. But, as all the world knows that in most cases it is not a person who bought a legal firearm that tends to go around shooting people. Don’t get me wrong, I am for several restrictions being in place to stop really bad people from buying guns. Restrictions like 5-7 day waiting periods to possess a firearm that is bought from a store. Federal background checks are a very good thing and I believe that people who are obviously a looney tune should never be able to get a firearm. I believe that ‘gun shows’ should have major curbs on them such as no firearms being allowed to be bought in the parking lots outside of the buildings and the same 5-7 day waiting periods with background checks for weapons being bought inside the shows.

Think about the situation just across our southern border in Mexico, they have very tough gun laws there which makes the law abiding citizens nothing but fodder for the drug gangs, the people aren’t allowed to defend themselves and the bad folks know it. I live in the State of Kentucky which has extremely lenient gun laws, probably about the most lenient ones in the whole Country. I have a concealed license as does every member of my family, we had them even before our ignorant governor made it legal for anyone and everyone to carry concealed shortly before the spring elections. This means that you don’t have to have any training at all to carry a hideaway gun on you, a very stupid idea. But there is one issue I would like you to think about concerning gun law reality here in Kentucky compared to Illinois, New York or California. Here in Kentucky if an idiot pulls out a firearm in a store there is a very very good chance that patrons within the store are going to shoot that person dead on the spot. If in a case like what happened in Brooklyn or in Gilroy happened here where a coward opens fire on a crowd many of the people in that crowd will have guns on them and they will without a doubt kill that shooter or shooters on the spot, thus limiting the body count of the murderous cowards. Please notice one thing about these shooters, the reason I call them cowards, they always commit their crimes where they are pretty positive no one will be shooting back at them. States with these highly restrictive gun laws only end up getting their innocent law abiding citizens murdered.  What I am trying to do in this letter to you this evening is to point out realities. After every mass shooting the ‘progressive left’ starts using the deaths as an excuse to disarm the law abiding civilians. One of the most gut wrenching realities is when a total coward goes into a school and kills a bunch of kids or into a place of worship and kill all the unarmed people. Cowards always choose the easiest unarmed targets, don’t be one. Don’t let the far left politicians or anyone else get you and your family murdered by one of these cowards. If you notice, the ones who do the most screaming about disarming you are the ones who have the protection of people with guns all around them, think about it.

Police said there was a “trauma lockdown” at Stroger Hospital with only immediate family members of victims are being allowed in the emergency room. A spokeswoman for Stroger Hospital disputes the police account.

“Over the past 24 hours, Stroger’s trauma unit received an unusually high volume of patients. At no time did Stroger go on bypass or ‘lockdown’ its trauma unit,” the spokeswoman said. “We are asking the families of trauma patients to limit visitation at this time to immediate family members only so staff may focus on patient care. ”

In one shooting in the Gresham neighborhood, eight people were wounded, police said.

This comes just days after Superintendent Eddie Johnson visited ABC7 and talked about decreasing crime numbers and overall violence in Chicago.

“I think some of our more challenging, communities, it’s just imperative that police and the community work together to reduce this gun violence,” Superintendent Johnson said. “We just have too many guns on the streets of Chicago.”

My Take On Guns In The U.S.

MY TAKE ON GUNS IN THE U.S.

As most folks probably know there was another mass shooting here in the U.S. this week. Once again it was a coward who chose a very ‘soft’ target, a school. This disgusting piece of human flesh shot and killed 17 high school students and wounded another 14 before leaving the scene. It is my belief that he should be chained against a rock wall and machined gunned to death asap. I believe that if a person commits premeditated murder that they should be put to death in the same manner that they chose to kill.

Now that I got my rant out, I would like to speak with you about why I do believe that the people in every country have the absolute right to have firearms. Here in the U.S. this ‘RIGHT’ is GUARANTEED to the people through the Second Amendment of the Constitution. There are several simple reason why the Founding Fathers wrote this into Law and that is so that the citizens of our Country could have the possibility of self-protection and for the protection of our families. The main reason the Founding Fathers wrote this RIGHT into law was so that the citizens could protect themselves from the Government when and if the Government became abusive in their ‘powers’. These Founding Fathers had come from Europe and they had experienced first hand the over reach of ‘Royalty’ and of the Wealthy Land Barron’s. When a government disarms their citizens they know that they can run them over like mange dogs and there is nothing that the people can do about it. As long as the ‘elite’ have to fear a lone gunman putting a bullet between their ears they tend to be at least a little bit tempered in their illegal inhumane acts toward the poor. Another reason that the Second Amendment was written into law was for making it possible for people to be able to hunt for food. Then of course there is the reason of people being able to protect themselves and their families from gangsters and evil people who might break into their homes or rob them while they are out and about in their daily lives.

Let me make this clear, I do have several firearms, pistols and long guns yet in my 60+ years of life I have never shot any living thing. I do on occasion do some target practicing in my back yard but I have never ever even aimed a firearm at another living person and I pray that I will never have to. Yet I have a concealed carry permit and in my State I can ‘open carry’. In this State ‘Kentucky’ if I go down to the very busy corner convenience store and I decide that I want to rob them, the people that work at the store most likely have their own guns on premise plus, lets say there are 10 other people in the store most likely at least three or four of them are carrying a gun also. So, there is the reality that if I want to act a fool and pull my weapon, I am going to be filled full of holes, only an idiot would try to rob any business here in Kentucky. Back in 1981 I moved to the state of Texas and within the first two or three years there were at least three mass shootings in fast food restaurants, then the state made it legal for people to get concealed weapons permits, I never heard of another one of those mass shooting in Texas again.

What I am getting at is the fact that these ‘shooters’ like the one at the Florida High School this week, are cowards! Taking guns away from people like me only makes it more likely of their being even more mass shootings by these cowards, lot less of them. These cowardly scum bags want to go into places where they can get the highest ‘body counts’ possible and they do not want to get shot themselves. They choose these ‘soft targets’ because there are no guns there to shoot back at them. When is the last time here in the States that you heard of a gunman going into a police station or a military check point and start shooting? When was the last time you heard of a Donuts Shop being robbed? Do you notice that it is people like Hillary Clinton who yell and scream about how we the people should not be allowed to have guns to protect ourselves with while they are guarded 24×7 by small police forces themselves.

I don’t like it but I do believe that because all schools are such soft targets where the body counts can be racked up very quickly that every school needs to be guarded by at least 6 armed police or military personnel. This would be two on the inside watching monitors and one on each side of the school. I say two on the inside because if something odd is noticed on a monitor one could go check it out while one continues to watch the monitors. I know it is an expense, but aren’t our children worth it? Think about how schools like in Russia where armed groups of Jihadists have stormed schools and killed hundreds of kids at one time, how are we going to handle this when it happens here in the States? Do not be foolish, such things are going to happen here, it is only a matter of when.

There are some things that I believe do need to be changed in our National gun laws though. To me the biggest one would be the shutting down of the ‘Gun Show’ loopholes. The one I am talking about is it must be made totally illegal for anyone to buy or to sell any firearm outside of the ‘Show’ floor. The way things are now I can buy pretty much anything I want out in the parking lot of these Shows, as long as I have the cash. I could be a member of a well-known street gang or a member of a Jihadist terrorist cell and I could load my SUV down with weapons, with no paper work, no paper trail at all.
