(Poem) Time

Time

To each of us time is the teller of all things

Our life begins with a slap to our bottoms

Then ends with a breath as we lay dying

What do we do in between with this gift of love

Defines who we are and what we’ve become

Time is endless in space, but not for us specks of sand

Our time is given by Grace from our Creator above

But how do we repay those gifts of this unconditional love

Time marches on yet and not for any one of us will it wait

What we do with our time is the tale of our Judgement’s fate

Weather we be good or be evil we each on our own decide

Do we spend our time wisely, or like some fool living a lie

In our life we have freedom to choose if to die once, or to die twice

Time marches on and from our own Judgement none of us can hide

(Poem) X-Wives

She used to be a wife to me

Fulfilling the lust of my dreams

Her belly grew from love of my seed

Now blond hair with green eyes a glow

Barely now twelve months in the wind

One more angel, blessed again

Though not tied, you would think they were twins

Wherever one went a second blended like a shadow

I should have known their Mother would roam

Into the bed of many my heart suffered such pain

Working too much if you’re married to a slut

This disaster is not a good home in the making

Your Angels get used as bait to make your heart-break

From deep in your Soul your heart and mind can’t take it

Not caring that for lust your family home she is destroying

Men, divorce is no one’s friend do not play it like a fiddle

Not just your heart, your children always lose in the end

Son, be careful what she is when you say you wish to get hitched

Easily spread legs not always one you should consider marriage

(Poem) Love And Kindness

What is within the heart of a man

Is it love and kindness, or hate hiding within

What is it that upon your heart is brand

Little grain of sand, are you animal or man

What is it you think that allows you stand

Is it love and kindness, is God’s Spirit within

Love and kindness, is it your true light

Or is it brimstone hiding behind a veil

What is hiding within your heart o man

Who does rule your soul from within

O love and kindness, are you my friend

(Poem) Those Eyes

Those Eyes

The first eyes that we ever see

There filled with happiness and glee

Warmth in the smiles of Momma’s eyes

Those eyes do comfort and anxieties ease

First grade crushes every girl on the buses

Eyes filled with smiles and simplicity

Twinkles of glee and faces with blushes

Those eyes of adolescent crushes

Young adult eyes all filled with dreams

Hearts filled with love for your Bride

Those eyes, of a heart not yet broken

Middle age crazy our minds filled with lust

Lying here in bed with our neighbors wife

Remembering the heat and the lust in those eyes

Hearing a sound, it did not come from us

Stumble into the street everyone’s eyes looking up

There the saddest eyes I have ever seen

The eyes of the Lord looking straight at me

Poem: Breathless

Breathless

Breathless as the womb expands

Breathless till child’s bottom receives it’s very first hand

The cry all parents long for, music to all Grand-Parents hearts

The only time we ever wish to hear our child cry

The child grows from crawling then walking

As all the parents hold their breath

Watching and wondering and waiting

What choices will our little angel make

Breathless anticipation, the good we hope for

The bad we pray they will learn from

And never again let it darken their face

As age takes hold of our bodies

We look back upon the life that we lived

Traveling our nation’s highways

In the motor home that our child did give

The vistas of God’s beauty surrounds us

Breathless beauty, where man’s footprint seldom tread

Nearly breathless as we are but a step or two

From the calling of the earth, the destiny we all must face

Breathlessly we look back one last time

At the beauty of our children and theirs

Death has only a minute sting as we lay breathlessly in God’s earth

Knowing at His trumpet we will fully see the good and the bad

Breathlessly, hoping to behold our loved ones faces once again

Breathlessly hoping for a smile, not anger, upon our Creators face

Look My Way

Look My Way

Look my way the next time you walk by

Not down your nose with your head in the sky

Look upon me with love as I have loved you

Then my heart you will win as your prize

Your shadow walks across my pillow

As I lay sleeping deep in the nights

Hoping you will but look my way

With caring still in your eyes

When I wake in the morning

I smile at your footprints

In the tears that I’ve cried

Knowing you have looked my way

With love in your eyes

When one’s winter sun is setting

Breath shallow as I lay dying

What will matter most is the knowing

That you and our Lord

Walking footstep for footstep

With hand’s out stretched

As you’re looking my way

Yes, I see the love in your eyes

Please Dance This Dance With Me

Pretty girl, if I ask you very sweet

Would you please slip into my arms

And dance this dance with me

For you are the most beautiful girl

That my heart has ever seen

I see you setting with all your friends

Grape juice against your lips

From the crystal glass that you now sip

How I wish that crystal, were my lips

I’ve seen you turn down all the other men

Could it be me with whom you wish to dance

I see you look my way, I tip my hat

My heart now leaps with joy

You said yes, to my offer of this dance

With Channel and Halston now intertwined

We now float across this floor

Now we dance in married bliss

As I carry you across the threshold of our door

Now we dance this dance of married love forever more

Poem: For The Love Of My Woman

For the love of my woman

I would do most anything

She brought forth the fruit

Of our love, ignoring the pain

Her heart is so tender

Like the touch of her hand

Balancing the teaching of our child,

Tutor, Mommy and friend

O Lord, please grant me to be worthy

Of the love of this your Angel

You have sent me from Your home

Lord, please grant me the wisdom,

Knowledge, strength, good sense and love

To be the man, teacher and Daddy

To the offspring of our love

O Lord, thank you for your grace

Kindness and tender mercy

Of this woman whom I love

Thank you o Lord for sending me

Your Angel adorned in your love

I pray I be found worthy in your eyes Lord,

Of the love of this woman, my sweetheart, my bride

Queen Piggy

Queen Piggy was a pretty little girl

We inherited her when cancer

Took her mommy from this earthly world

She was a mere six months old

When she came prancing and dancing

Into our family’s little fold

She was so cute you just had to hold and love her

For wherever she was, she always stole the show

Everyone who cast their eyes upon her

Would soon lose their heart to this hairy little girl

For 18 years she ruled our home

To her, every hand was a friend

For everyone always wanted to

Pet her or hold her,

Even with her snarly little grin

You see, Queen Piggy was a Piganeese

With smashed snout, hairy little toes

And her toothy little smile

Everyone that she met was now

Her newest best friend

We loved this little girl

As to our home, light she did bring

But now it’s the angels turn

To smile with Queen Piggy

Tucked up underneath their wings

Here on earth we will always miss her

For all the smiles she did bring

But who am I to complain of missing her

For last night in my dreams

I saw Piggy fast asleep being petted by our Savior

There upon His knee
