The Shooting Of Unarmed People Is Murder Period: This Includes Police Shootings

(THIS ARTICLE WAS FIRST PUBLISHED ON JANUARY 26th, OF 2016)

This morning in the Cleveland Ohio news we are being told that six Police Officers have been fired, one other retired early, and another six Officers have been suspended for anywhere from 21 to 30 days for murdering two people. Back in November of 2012 in the city of Cleveland an old Chevy Malibu backfired near a police station. One of the Officers that was outside thought it sounded like a gun shot so he and many of his buddies took off after a car that they thought the shot had come from. To make a long story short they were wrong, there was no gun shot and the two people in the car (one man, one woman) had no firearms at all. This mornings we are told that approximately 100 Police cars chased this couple for about 20 miles into another jurisdiction where they were able to get the car stopped (bullets stopped it). Once the Officers got the car stopped Officers shot through the windshield 137 rounds, 24 struck and killed the man, 23 struck and killed the woman. Unless you see a person banishing a firearm and that firearm is being pointed at you then you (any Cop anywhere) have no right to ever shoot to kill anyone, if you do, it is murder! Cops must be treated with the same laws they use to make their decisions. You know very well that all those bullets were taken out of these two people’s corpses and that they were matched up against the different Officers weapons. The Officers who started this chase and the Officers whom fired and hit these two innocent unarmed people must be tried for first degree murder. Here in America we have to many macho mental midget’s with a badge and a gun and that isn’t even counting all the cowards with a badge and a gun and there are many, many, many of these felons wearing blue and the American people know it, this is why you are not at all trusted. Murder is murder, no matter what your job description is. You know how we are told that if we are having trouble while we are out and about that we are supposed to find a Cop or to drive to the nearest Police Station? What was this couple suppose to do when it is the Cops whom are chasing and shooting at you, do you stop and make it an easy target for them?

If Police Departments in  America want the vast majority of the public to be on their side then the profession MUST clean up its own act. There are two things that would be very helpful in this regard. 1) Officers must be held totally accountable for their actions, they are supposed to be public servants, not executioners. 2) Officers need to always be friendly whenever possible and they must act like grownups, not mouthy arrogant punks with a gun. So I ask you Officers, please perform your duties with honor, then you will see many more of us civilians whom want very badly to support you. For these things to happen all Policing Agencies personnel must perform their duties honorably and they MUST arrest their fellow Officers when they break the same laws you arrest the people for. Integrity of the Law, learn what it is, and then follow it. That is if you ever want the public to be on your side, right now anytime you ever meet an Officer for any reason the public knows that their life hangs in the balance. It is up to all Policing Agencies to correct their own flaws, no one else can do it for you.

Fitting The Coward Bolton Works For Coward Of The Country: Trump

“I confess I had no desire to die in a Southeast Asian rice paddy… I considered the war in Vietnam already lost.”

— John Bolton, 1995

The funny thing about relentlessly pressing for more war in America is that a lot of the most zealous warhawking politicians and pundits over the years — left and right — leaned on their privileges to avoid being touched personally by war. Dick Cheney never met an oil-rich Middle Eastern nation whose ground he didn’t want to siphon, but he had “other priorities” when Vietnam rolled around. Bill Clinton — the comparative “dove” who still managed to deploy U.S. power to the Balkans, the Horn of Africa, Haiti, and Sudan — also pulled strings to sidestep the ’Nam draft, as did current POTUS Donald Trump, whose bone spurs may have precluded wartime service, but not weaponized tweeting.

In this pantheon of chickenhawking old guys with money and power, few hawk harder than John Bolton, the incoming national security adviser, whose appointment is freaking out even level-headed wonks with a high tolerance for overseas power projection. Bolton’s politics gel with those of a lot of military hard-chargers: He believes dearly that blood makes the grass grow. First-strike on North Korea? Do it. First-strike on Iran? Do it now. Do it brusquely, with straight talk!

The distinction is, unlike the troops whose deployments he’ll have enormous sway over, John Bolton won’t brook the idea of his blood gurgling on any battlefield, especially in a losing effort. Bolton, it turns out, is known for bolting when the gun bolts start cycling.

Bolton said nuts to that, later writing in a memoir that he “wasn’t going to waste time on a futile struggle” in Vietnam. (The memoir’s title, by the way, is Surrender Is Not An Option.)

The Yale Daily News reported more than a decade ago how Bolton articulated his “war for thee, but not for me” values to his classmates when their 25th reunion came around in 1995:

Though Bolton supported the Vietnam War, he declined to enter combat duty, instead enlisting in the National Guard and attending law school after his 1970 graduation. “I confess I had no desire to die in a Southeast Asian rice paddy,” Bolton wrote of his decision in the 25th reunion book. “I considered the war in Vietnam already lost.”

lot of people considered the the Vietnam War already lost in 1970 — including a lot of Americans who, you know, actually had to serve there. But Bolton is a special case: He’d spent his time in college literally cheerleading for moar war. “The conservative underground is alive and well here,” he reportedly said as a student in a public campus debate over Vietnam; “if we do not make our influence felt, rest assured we will in the real world.”

When the real world came knocking? Bolton said nuts to that, later writing in a memoir that he “wasn’t going to waste time on a futile struggle” in Vietnam. (The memoir’s title, by the way, is Surrender Is Not An Option.)

Now, joining the Guard isn’t nothing, especially not today, when OCONUS deployments are ever more common for weekend warriors. But in the Vietnam era, it was a time-tested means of avoiding wartime deployment, popular among the well-connected, and Bolton understood this well; he admits this was his calculus for joining in his memoir: “Dying for your country was one thing, but dying to gain territory that antiwar forces in Congress would simply return to the enemy seemed ludicrous to me.”

Shorter John Bolton: I totally would’ve gone to fight the war I publicly advocated, but it was going to be lost anyway, and I didn’t want to die, like the 9,500-plus Americans who went in my stead and died between 1970 and the fall of Saigon. Now buy my book, Surrender Is Not An Option, which explains why we need war with Iran and North Korea.

With hawks like these, it’s amazing we haven’t lost more wars. But with Bolton coordinating White House security strategy, there are likely to be plenty of new chances to lose. Not for him, obviously; just for the troops he supports so dearly, at a safe remove.

(Sad/Poem) Vegas: Why

Vegas: Why

We go there to get away: just listen to some music have a little fun

You cannot control the wicked by disarming the innocent ones

Only the evil and the wicked could rain hell on the innocent below

Big Dog is looking for answers, will the girlfriend tell the truth or lie

The Execution of this event meant that you sat up and planned it

Only Deer Hunters or Cowards sit up in an elevated dark Blind

From ass to idiot to coward yet many will still ask: Vegas: Why

Mr. Trump Sticks Up For One Of Our Allies And The Cowards Start Whining

In the U.S. Media all I had heard for at least the first 24 hours after the event was Mr. Trump being blasted for calling the President of Taiwan, Ms. Tsai Ing-wen. This afternoon it took me reading about the event in the Times of Israel News Paper that Mr. Trump hadn’t actually called the President of Taiwan, the truth is that she called him. Evidently Mr. Trump was supposed to act like Mr. Obama did and say, no thank you, China’s leaders wouldn’t like that. There are so many reasons that the politicians in Washington D.C. are perceived as being weak kneed and undependable by most Countries throughout the world. Our Allies throughout the world are and have been worried that the U.S. will not help them if they are attacked by a larger Nation. Here in the U.S. our politicians are always playing games with real life issues. Our politicians only seem interested in increasing their bank accounts and conning people out of their vote, not in handling the real world issues that we voted them in office to do. Putting it bluntly, we have a bunch of cowards in the Congress and the Senate as well as someone bought and paid for in the Oval Office. This is not an issue with just one of our ‘National’ parties, it is both.

Earlier today I read in the Shanghai Daily News and the Times of Israel how the “American Chamber Of Commerce” in Beijing was worried about China clamping down on American businesses that are in China because of their ‘displeasure’ of Mr. Trump taking that phone call from Taiwan’s President. Here in the U.S. our great and wonderful “State Department” whom we all know is always looking out for the best interest of the American people also was chastising Mr. Trump for taking the call. They were more concerned about how China would react to this (basically treason) of breaking protocol regarding the “One China Policy.” Our Media have been talking of late how Mr. Trump has been ‘flying by the seat of his pants’ in regard to his actions instead of relying on ‘the professionals.’ Today the ‘unnamed’ representative at the State Department said that Mr. Trump needed to consult with them as they are the ones that sets what is proper protocol. To this arrogance I have only one thing to say, well, actually two things. One, it is the President who sets what Protocol is and will be, not midlevel ‘managers’ at the State Department. Two, I hope that people like this person at the State Department have their U-Haul trucks reserved for late January because there are going to be a lot of folks moving out of D.C. soon.

Taiwan is one of our Allies in Southeast Asia, China is just going to have to get over that fact. China has been trying to scare the life out of every Nation in the region of the South China Sea for at least the past two years minimum. I have no problem with the people of China at all. China could be a great friend to every Nation in the region if they chose to, the issue is their Government. Communism is and has always been an enemy of all people who simply want to have some freedom in their lives. In a lot of ways I think well of their current President Mr. Xi Jinping but he has a blade at his throat if he decided to step out of line with the Ruling Communist Party Leadership. I have one thing to tell Mr. Trump that I hope he will tell the Leadership in Beijing and that is that we agree about the ‘One China Policy’.  The issue is that the Country of Taiwan is not China, there is China and there is the Country of Taiwan, one China, one Taiwan, not two China’s. Communist Leaders only respect one thing in other Leaders and that is strength. If a leader of a Country is weak, China or Russia or North Korea will dominate you and take away all of your freedoms.

People of Nations that are supposed to be America’s Allies have been very scared for at least the past 8 years minimum that the U.S. would not come to their aid if they are attacked. Our current President is far more likely to issue sanctions against a Nation attacking one of our Allies than to actually physically assist them at getting the knife away from their throat. In the real world of blood, sweat and fears, both responses must be able to be counted on for people to feel any sense of safety. America’s leaders have spent at least the last 8 years cowering down to Russia and to China and the world is a much more dangerous place because of these actions. We have been trying to destroy relationships with our real Allies like Israel while showing indecision and weakness as well as ignorance in Middle East foreign policies in places like Libya and Syria. I did not vote for Mr. Trump nor did I vote for Hillary but I am old enough and wise enough to know that if the U.S. doesn’t quit acting like cowards toward Russia and China and start acting like we have a backbone and some basic intelligence, very soon, we are not going to have any Allies.

U.S. Congress Shows It Cowardliness Once Again

Here in the U.S. we are quite used to having our federal Congressmen and Congresswomen sitting on their hands and doing nothing constructive for the people of the country. Usually it seems that the only thing they can ever agree on is giving themselves pay raises. Both of the national parties are content to play politics as the Nation falls down around them. There is a voting system that they have put into place where they can vote yet not have a record on how they voted on the different issues. They have installed a cowards way out from having any accountability, it is called a “voice vote”. When the Speaker of the House has the whole House of Un-Representatives yell out ‘yea or nay’ to decide if a bill passes ‘the House’. If it does they pass the controversial Bill onto the President for him/her to sign or veto. This way if the President signs the Bill, if the public liked it they can of course say ‘yes, I voted for it.’ Or, if the Bill was signed by the President and the public was upset about the Bill passing the cowards can say’ no I never voted for it.’ This way the President is always going to be the one that one of the political parties can either bad mouth, or congratulate.

Yesterday such a ‘vote’ happened once again. I personally believe that every public official should always have to physically sign off on every Bill that comes across their desk. Yesterday a ‘voice’ vote was taken on the issue of survivors of the 9-11-2001 terrorist attacks here in the States being able to sue the Government of Saudi Arabia being that almost all of the murderers were Saudi. There is the issue also that the U.S. Intelligence community have traced money back to a few members of the Saudi Royal Family. Here in the U.S. you are only allowed to have one wife per man so family sizes tend to be a whole lot smaller than they are in the Islamic world. Here in the U.S. families have far fewer kids, grand-kids, and close cousins, first, second, third and so on. I do not for a moment believe that the top end of the Saudi Royal Family gives a damn about the U.S. people, I believe they are just like most of the other citizens of the Saudi Kingdom, they hate us. But, the top end of their Family do care about their military ties with us and also the fact that they reap billions of dollars every year in oil revenues from their sales to the U.S..

I personally believe that it is wrong for the U.S. citizens to be allowed to sue any Nation for damages unless it is an absolute stated fact that their government was a ‘State’ sponsor of the terrorist event. If the U.S. government has such proof in this case then they should post this information publicly for the whole world to see. If any government is liable for legal damages it should be the government that failed to protect its own citizens. So, in this case if any government should be held liable for this event it should be the U.S. government. Before you get to thinking that I am un-American and all that kind of stuff you need to consider the broader picture that would come from this law suite. If the U.S. government passes this ‘Bill’ then the U.S. government will leave itself open to be sued by citizens of all the wars we are in and have been involved in. Think about it, think about all of the civilians that have been killed as a result of our bombs hitting the wrong places or places where we got bad intelligence reports and we bombed innocent people instead of the ones we thought we were bombing. This is a slippery slope that our government should not go down because it is going to burn us far worse than the few million dollars that the Saudi government could be held liable for. There is also the fact that the Saudi Royal Family has already warned the D.C. politicians that there will be consequences if the ‘Bill’ passes. The first thing that comes to my mind is that first, the Saudi government would not pay it anyway and the second is that they will turn off the oil they sell us and sell it to China and to India instead. Do you see why I call the U.S. Congress men and women cowards? They just don’t want any dirt to come back on them when their cowardliness makes our relations with the Saudi’s go sideways.

Pakistan Security Forces Kill 4 Taliban Murderers

Christian neighborhood, courts attacked in Pakistan

  • Suicide bombers attack Peshawar and Mardan Friday morning
  • 13 dead in Mardan, one killed on outskirts of Peshawar

Peshawar, Pakistan (CNN)At least 14 people were killed Friday in the latest suicide attacks by a Pakistani Taliban splinter group targeting Christians and lawyers in the country, authorities say.

Both attacks were claimed by Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a splinter group of Pakistan’s Tehreek-i Taliban (TTP) — also known as the Pakistani Taliban — which has killed scores of people in previous attacks targeting both groups in the country this year.
In the city of Mardan, in the northern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, at least 13 people were killed and another 53 injured in an attack at the city’s district courts Friday, District Police Officer Faisal Shehzad told CNN.
The attacker threw a hand grenade at the court gates, then blew himself up after security prevented him from entering, Senior Police Superintendent Shafiullah Khan said.
Four of those killed were lawyers, according to Amir Hussain, the president of the Mardan Bar Association.
There will be three days of mourning, during which time the courts will be shut, Hussain added.

Christian neighborhood attacked

Earlier in the day, a bystander was killed and three members of Pakistan’s security forces injured when suicide bombers struck a Christian neighborhood near Warsak Dam on the outskirts of Peshawar, according to the Pakistan’s military.
Pakistani police previously told CNN that four bystanders were killed and five were injured.
The attackers, four suicide bombers who were also equipped with arms and ammunition, entered the neighborhood after attacking a security guard early Friday morning, Peshawar Police Superintendent Kashif Zulfiqar told CNN.
Security forces responded, exchanging fire and killing the four assailants, according to a statement from the Pakistani military’s Inter-Services Public Relations department (ISPR).
A house-to-house search is currently underway and the situation is under control, the ISPR says.

“We have enhanced the security of Christians establishments, schools, hospitals, colonies and churches,” said Zulfikar.
Pakistan’s Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan congratulated security forces for their prompt response in foiling the attack.
Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif condemned the latest attacks in a statement released by his office.
“These cowardly attacks cannot shatter our unflinching resolve in our war against terrorism,” he said. “These receding elements are showing frustration by attacking our soft targets. They shall not get space to hide in Pakistan.”

Claim of responsibility

Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a group known for its bloody tactics aimed at soft targets, claimed responsibility for both attacks in an emailed statement.
“If Islamic law is not imposed across the country, such attacks will continue to be carried out,” the statement said.
The group has been behind devastating attacks in Pakistan this year, including an Easter Sunday attack targeting Christians in the eastern city of Lahore which killed at least 69 people, and ablast at a hospital in the western city of Quetta last month, which killed 72 people, many of them lawyers.

Pakistani soldiers cordon off a street leading to the Christian neighborhood on the outskirts of Peshawar.

Amnesty International’s South Asia director Champa Patel said in a statement that the attackers were “seeking to undermine the rule of law by targeting both the people who defend it in court and the people it should protect.”
The attacks were a “horrific reminder that Pakistan’s authorities must do more to ensure vulnerable groups are protected,” Patel said. “The authorities have a duty to protect the right to life, prevent human rights abuses, and hold perpetrators to account in fair trials without recourse to the death penalty or other human rights violations.”
Christians make up only 2% of Pakistan’s population, and face persecution from hardline Islamists, who want to see a strict interpretation of Islamic law take precedence in Pakistan’s legal system.
Previous attacks on Christians in Pakistan have included a suicide attack in Lahore that killed at least 14 people in March last year, and suicide attacks on a church in Peshawar in 2013 that killed more than 80 people.
