(Poem) Mandrake The Devils Flower???

Mandrake, are you the Devils flower

In Islam you are so-called you see

The reason is plain and simple

But most of the world is blind to thee

How could you a God-given herb

In any way be such a controversy

Go back in time about four thousand years

Back before the first seed of Islam or Christianity

You’re beautiful seed like all of God’s green herbs

A gift given from God to man no doubt are thee

Given for enjoyment and relaxation to woman and man

But some how now to partake of you it is called a sin

Back a long time ago before God’s Prophets were on the land

Abraham the father of many, this is where the story began

His son’s Ishmael then Isaac who begat Jacob he of 12 sons

Mandrake the history that is Israel began one night with thee

Isaac was married to two sisters, back then it was okay to be

He rotated from tent to tent each night in his attempt to please

Rebecca was his favorite wife but tonight was not her turn to be

But this night was her sister Leigh’s turn with Isaac to be with her

Rebecca the smart one had lots of Mandrake but Leigh had none of thee

This night Rebecca wanted Isaac and Leigh wanted a buzz from thee

Mandrake flower, Leigh pleased, this night Isaac impregnated Rebecca

Not with just any child, but with one who changed all of world history

Boy child born whom his parents called Jacob, twelve boys in his loins to be

The Lord God would soon change his name to Israel

Twelve boys the twelve name’s of the twelve tribes of God’s Nation Israel

Now do you see why Islam calls Mandrake the Devils seed?

Our Faith: Do We Really Have Any At All?

Faith is a beautiful word and if one truly has faith in what they are speaking or doing the chances are that they will do better regarding that subject matter than if they are lacking in the faith there of. Most of the time when I have heard the word faith it is being spoken of in a ‘religious’ context yet faith is not exclusive to religion. We can have faith in just about anything. We can have faith in our athletic ability, or our ability to make our car or house payment each month, or that our spouse will not cheat on us with another. It is not wrong to have faith in things other than God, yet if we have more faith in something above what we have in God then that subject has become our God. I have faith that the Sun will come up tomorrow just as it did today, but only if God ordains it to be so. I have faith that the Sun will set this evening yet I do not know if I will still be alive to see it, that is up to God. I have faith in God, not the Sun or the Moon, I by my own strength can not cause the Sun or the Moon to do anything, only by God’s strength do they or I exist.

There are a few Scriptures that I will add at the end of this article that concern ones faith in God that you can browse through if you wish to. But this article today is going to be about our faith in God and the main Scripture I am going to refer to is found in the Book of Hebrews, the 11th Chapter, verses 1-4 and 6-9.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for. The evidence of things not seen.

For by faith the Elders won God’s approval.

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: And by it he being dead yet speaks.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

By faith Noah, being warned by God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear. Prepared an Ark to the saving of his house (family), by which he condemned the world.

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go into a place which he would later receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing where he went.

By faith he (Abraham) journeyed in the land of promise, as in a strange country, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise.

Okay, that is it for the Scripture quotes of this article today. In my belief there is one main theme that runs throughout those 8 verses and that theme is ‘faith’ in God our Creator. Faith, to me, is the actual base of each and every person. Each person has faith in something, the core of their personality is what their faith is in, even if one only has faith in themselves. I have met many people in my life who do not believe in “a God”, the government, their education system, or even in any member of their family. These tended to be people whom in their own eyes had been let down by pretty much everyone and everything they have experienced in their own lives. All of a persons possessions, all of our family and friends, just like our own bodies, will pass away. There is only one thing we have that is eternal and that is our own Soul and it came from God and after we die it will go back to God. So, personally, if I am going to have total faith in anything or anyone, it will be in He who created us, and who will judge us at the end of our life. He who will decide, from our own actions while we lived, as to where we will spend ‘forever’ at. Our actions while here in this life are dictated by the things we believe in, or do not believe in. I chose to have faith in God before and above all else. If a person has a ‘Godly’ Soul they will put God first and being that God is the foundation of all that is good, if we do honestly put God first then we will tend to walk the path of light that He request of us.

Concerning religion it is common to hear term’s concerning the ‘path’ of life that we are walking just as in the business world when it is spoken of our ‘career’ path which decides our advancement in the ‘firm’. What we want the most in our lives is what we tend to believe in most, even if that faith is only in ourselves. When we tell someone that we will walk somewhere with them, would it not help if we move our feet? Lip service to ones faith does not compute to actual faith if there is no physical movement toward that which we say we believe in. We can say we are a rocket scientist because we have done a lot of studying in that field and we may enjoy hearing all about the fields scientific accomplishments, but if all we do is sit on our behinds and do not engage that entity, are we really a rocket scientist?

Many people say they are Christians because they do believe that Jesus Christ and the Holy Father Jehovah do exist yet they do not study God’s ‘instruction’ Book at all nor do they attempt to walk a ‘Holy’ lifestyle. We all know of cases where Preachers/Ministers have seriously hurt peoples faith in God because of their personal horrible actions. I was once in the break room of a company I was visiting shortly after a certain well known Preacher in Baton Rouge Louisiana had disgraced himself by his personal actions and a lady in the break room said because of this Preachers action whom she had been a long time follower of that “I will will never believe in God again” because this ‘great’ man had fallen to his temptation.” Everyone of us a human, we all have weaknesses and the Devil and His Angles know exactly what those weaknesses are, this is where they attack us, in our weaknesses, not at our strengths.

There will be an event that all of us must face and that event is ‘The Judgement Seat Of Christ’. If our own personal faith was weak or non-existent during our lives, Jesus will know it. Our Creator knows how each of us think and how we believe, or don’t believe, concerning Him and His teachings that He left for us to learn and live by. Our faith toward something is measured by our actions, if we believe in something very strongly, our actions show that belief, that faith, to the rest of the world around us. If we are lacking in that faith, our actions show that to the rest of the world around us also. I will finish this article with one question, when Jesus looks us straight in our eyes, and He will, what then?

These are the Scripture verses I spoke to you about at the beginning of the second verse of this letter to you:

Galatians 5: 22-23

John 6: 29

Ephesians 2: 8

I appreciate your time folks, I hope that you obtained some enjoyment and maybe even a little knowledge from the article. I pray that you and your loved ones will choose to have faith in God and in His love for you.

My Views On How ‘To Fix’ Israel’s ‘Broken’ Political System

For those of you who do not know me, I am a 60-year-old white American man who is a fundamentalist Christian who is also a huge fan of the Nation of Israel. I am a person who is not an anti-Muslim or anti-Persian. Even though I do believe that the Jewish people are missing the reality that Yeshua (Jesus The Christ) and Yahweh (Jehovah The Father) I have no doubts about Israel and the Hebrew bloodline being very special to God The Father and The Son. The Christian faith is born out of the Jewish faith and the Arab people are descendants of the Father of Israel, Abraham through his son Ishmael. Whether it is a Nation, a people, or a singular person, it is a great sin to fight against the Nation of Israel. It is an old saying and a truthful one that I have heard several times throughout the years that the Palestinian people would have peace any time they decide they actually want it by simply laying down their arms and quit fighting against Israel. It is also a true saying that if Israel was to lay down their arms, there would be no Israel. The majority of Israel’s politics is based around the security issues of its people and of the State from attacks by people who believe that Allah is God. Think about it, who else is attacking Israel?

This article tonight is one I thought of as I was reading the Times of Israel News Paper online. The names and the math figures are ones that I gleaned off of those articles so hopefully they were correct. As I said earlier, the single biggest issue in Israeli politics seems to always be about security issues. Within any government there is always many other issues that the leadership is responsible to make sure are addressed and taken care of for their people. There is always the issues of jobs, housing, power grids, transportation, garbage pickup and disposal and the list goes on and on. If the Leaders of a Nation or of a group of people are channeling their time into one issue like lets say President Putin is doing with Russia’s military, the people of your own Country suffers. For any Nation, any People to flourish the Leaders need to address the issues that affect the daily lives of their population. Just look at the situation in the Gaza Strip with Hamas as their ‘Governors’! The people of the Strip could have their own Country and be living in peace but Hamas will not allow it. They spend the majority of their income on military issues in their ‘struggle’ with Israel yet it is a ‘struggle’ that they themselves create.

In Israel’s Parliament, the Knesset, you have some members who would build a very high wall to block off all of the Palestinian people in the West Bank and I am sure that there are some who would take all of this land they were given in the Land for Peace deal of  2005 if they were allowed to by Israeli law. The only way for that to happen is if these ‘hard lines’ can gain political control of Israel’s Government and elections are the only way to do this. There are other issues that would have to get involved in their Democracy like Israel’s Court system as well as considerations of U.N. sanctions and the such. In the Knesset Isaac Herzog who is the leader of the ‘Zionist Union Party’ (which is the second largest party as far as members of the Knesset) spoke yesterday of his opposition to Israel’s current Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu perceived plan to partition off the West Bank or at least big sections of it as being a mistake because of the issue that in doing so would bring in millions of Arab voters thus giving them more control of Israel’s political system. You need to remember that there are Arab Islamic believing members of the Knesset, if Israel partitions off the West Bank, there will become many more Islamic believing members of the Knesset.

The Chairman of the Likud Party, which is the Party of the Prime Minister, Mr. David Bitan said that he would like it if Israel’s Arab population were not allowed to vote. This brought many critical comments toward him because he said this but his response, in my opinion, was appropriate. Think about this for a moment before you judge him. He said that any political party would like it if their competition were not allowed to vote. Don’t you think that Hillary Clinton would have liked it if no Republicans had been allowed to vote last month in the U.S. elections? Was what Mr. Bitan said actually racist? I don’t know, I don’t know this man’s heart, do you? If you do, you may have a more informed opinion.

Before I make a book out of this article via giving too much time to the ‘set up’ material I am now going to address the political operation of the Knesset and the election of their Prime Minister’s position. Yesterday the Leader of the Yair Lapid Party Mr. Yesh Atid was calling for early Elections in an attempt to over through the current Government led by the Prime Minister’s Likud Party. Mr. Atid was using a recent poll showing that He and his Party were even with the Prime Minister’s Party in the poll. The next National election is scheduled for November 5th of 2019. In the Knesset for a Bill to pass it must get a majority of the votes which is a minimum of 61. Israel’s Governments require a Ruling Coalition to have at least 61 Seats. This gives very small political parties a large amount of power if they are part of the Ruling Party Coalition. As an example, the ruling Likud Party  currently has 67 Seats through their Coalition. In this coalition you have the Jewish Home Party with 8 Seats and the Kulana Party with 10 Seats. Under the current political setup if either one of these Parties decided to leave the Coalition, the Government of Prime Minister Netanyahu would fall and a new election would have to quickly be set up, the November 5th of 2019 date would mean nothing.

Here is my suggestion that I wish Israel would consider because the people of any Nation need to know that their Government is secure so that the people themselves can make long-term decisions in their own lives. Here in the U.S. we the people know that our next Presidential election will be in November of 2020, it is set every 4 years, no matter what. I believe that for the Nation of Israel the people would be better served if the next elections aren’t held until the scheduled date in 2019. From that election forward I believe a better system would be that they keep the 61 votes for the purpose of passing any Bill’s yet drop the 61 Seat requirement for the Ruling Party. Hold your election in November of 2019 and if no Party gets above the 50% level (61 Seats) then have another election about 3 days later where only the top 2 vote getter are on the ballot. This election must be by the people, not the Politicians doing backroom deals. Then the Party who gets the most votes of the 2, wins. But, before the elections each Party must put forth who their Leader is so that the people decide whom they want to be their next Prime Minister. Even if the Ruling Party only has lets say 30 Seats like what Likud has now this leading vote getter will be the Ruling Party. Instead of the Prime Minister having to have 61 Seats they would only have to work with all the Members of the Knesset to get the other votes to help pass the Bill. I believe that this system would give the Government of Israel and the People of Israel more stability. Any economy, any people, need stability to be able to live in physiological peace and any Country that has ‘snap elections’ reeks of weakness which is never a good thing for the people the Government is supposed to be representing.

Do All 3 Abrahamic Religions Pray To The Same God? That Answer Is Simple: No!

Here in the U.S. I have heard people make the statement that all ‘these religions’ pray to the same God, they just call Him/Her by a different name, so why can’t they all just get along? This statement would be nice, if it were true, but it isn’t at all correct. Mostly the people I have heard say this nonsense have been the Hollywood types or talking heads from the NYC area. People who make this assumption tend to be people who have no knowledge of what the different religions teach and usually have no knowledge of even the teachings of one religion. I know that here in the U.S. that the majority of the population tend to say that they are Christians simply because they were brought up with their families who were or said they were. Here in the States there are a lot of different Christian religions. Religions where they say that Jesus Christ is whom they believe in, even if they have not stepped foot in any Church since they were children, or maybe even never. You hear the divisions of ‘Christ’s’ Church a lot here in the form of the questions like, are you a Christian or a Catholic? Or, Catholic or Protestant. As almost all of you know there are many divisions of Christian Churches like Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran, Pentecostal and so on and on and on. Then there are the ‘Born Again’ Christians and groups like the Church of Christ, the Church of God and the Jehovah’s Witnesses, O, and let us not forget the Mormon Church. It is easy to see why people who have no religious upbringing or very little of it could think that all ‘Religions’ serve the same God. Even though the Catholic Church doesn’t teach exactly what I believe I honestly haven’t found a ‘Church group’ that does. Yet I am not going to stone any believers in Jesus Christ whether they are Protestant or Catholic. One of the many things I have never understood in life is how groups that believe that Jesus Christ is our Saviour and King can raise their weapons against another person who believes the same thing, in the name of Religion, in the name of Christ! This confusion isn’t just among Christian Churches, let God be the Judge, we are not qualified.

Now, let us go onto non-Christian Faiths for a moment. This article is about confusion and understanding, and hopefully, clarity. I know that this article is really going to upset some folks, that is not my intention. My intention is simply to speak the “Honestly Of God’s Truth” as I see it, understand it, and believe it, too you. The only real Truth is God’s Truth and His Truth is 100% pure Truth. Humans tend to dilute God’s Truth in an effort to make it fit what they want the Truth to be, that is why only God’s Truth is pure Truth, He doesn’t need to dilute anything.

I don’t know how much knowledge each person who is reading this has concerning Old Testament Scriptures so I will be as direct and short as I can in an effort to help people understand the connections. In the Old Testament (which was written as ‘The Law’ to the Hebrew/Jewish people) the first of the 3 ‘Founding Fathers’ of Israel was Abraham, then there was his son Isaac, and Isaac’s son Jacob. God would later change the name of Jacob to Israel. The 12 Tribes of Israel are named after Jacob’s/Israel’s 12 sons. Since the Book of Genesis but especially in the Books of Isaiah and Daniel the people of Israel are told of a Messiah/Christ/Redeemer/Saviour/Promised One, that will come and elevate Israel to the premier Nation on Earth and this Messiah/Christ will rule the Earth from a new Jerusalem that will come down from Heaven. It is believed that ‘The Christ’ will rule from His Throne upon The Temple Mount. I as a devout Christian believe this exact same thing. The big difference is that as a Christian I believe that the Hebrew/Jewish Messiah has already come in the form of Jesus (Yeshua) but the Jewish folks do not believe that Jesus was ‘The Christ’. You see, when Jesus came to the Earth in 4 B.C. to fulfill Scripture the Jewish people were looking for the ‘Messiah’ to come and remove the Roman Rulers from Israel and to set up His Kingdom then. When the people realised that Jesus was not here to do that many of the people turned on him. Jesus was simply here to fulfill what the Scriptures had to say about Him. Christians should not be at all mad at our Jewish brothers, sisters and friends for their ancestors killing Jesus as they did. First, God hardened their hearts so that they would do so and there is the reality that if Jesus had not done what He did and the people had not done what they did, none of us ‘Gentiles’ (anyone whom is not 100% of Hebrew blood) would have no chance of salvation at all. We would be no better than the dogs or pigs as far as salvation is concerned. (This is exactly what Islam does think of us Christians and Jews by the way.)

The Jewish faith and their beliefs are correct in that the Messiah will come from the skies and put an end to this corrupt and violent world that we all live in. Christians call this the ‘Second Advent of Christ’, in the Jewish faith they are looking for the Messiah to come for the first time. When Jesus comes for the Second time He will put an end to this sinful world and the ‘New Jerusalem’ will come down from Heaven and The Messiah will rule the whole World from the Temple Mount just as the Jewish people believe. The Jewish faith believes that all of us Christians are ‘lost’ and that we nor anyone else have any chance of salvation, only the Jewish people do. The Jewish faith does not believe that the ‘New Testament’ is the word of God. They believe in the Torah which are the first 5 books of the Old Testament that Moses authored and the rest of the Old Testament which is called the Books of the Prophets, some major Prophets, some minor.  The New Testament and the teachings of Jesus make it very plain that the ‘only way to the Father is through Him’ also that those who deny Him, deny the Father. As Christians we pray to The Father through Jesus and believe that this is the only way that our prayers have any chance of getting to the ears of The Father. Jewish folks do not believe in Jesus as the Messiah/Christ so they do not pray to Jesus and by New Testament teachings the Jewish people’s prayers have no chance of reaching The Father’s Ears. This would make the prayers of the non-believers of Christ worthless, just the same as someone who prays to Allah, Buddha or the Dali Lama, a dollar bill or as if a total atheist  prayed because they would have no faith in Jesus, nor do they believe in Him. Those statements are hard I know, but they are not meant to be hateful at all, they are just pointing out the honest differences. God has made it very plain that He will never ever abandon Israel nor His people. God is always looking out for the Nation of Israel and He always will. Salvation is to the Jew first, then to the Gentile. We as Christians as well as all other people of the Earth if they have any sense at all should always make sure to stand by Israel and Her people for they are sacred to God Himself.

The third of the Abrahamic Religions is the religion of Islam. As Abraham is the Father of the Jewish Nation and people he is also the Father of a boy called Ishmael through his Egyptian Servant woman Hagar. Abraham’s wife was barren until she was 100 years old so being Abraham had no heir his wife Sarah told him to lay with his Servant Hagar to obtain a son and heir. Not long after Ishmael was born God opened up the womb of Sarah and she had a son called Isaac. Sarah got jealous of Ishmael so she had Abraham chase him and his Mom away. Ishmael is the father of the Muslim people and he was of the loins of Abraham so yes, they are Abraham’s descendants. About 600 years after the death of Jesus in Jerusalem a man called Mohammad arose from the deserts of what is now Saudi Arabia and started a new religion in the cities of Medina and Mecca. Mohammad died in the city of Mecca in the year 632 A.D. but his teachings are the religion of Islam. The followers of Islam refer to God by the name of Allah. Do not be shocked that almost all religions other than Islam do not believe that the ‘Allah’ that they are praying to is actually ‘God’. Just as the Jewish believers believe that Christians are not praying to God when we pray to Jesus the Jewish people don’t believe that the Islamic people are praying to a ‘God’ when they are praying to Allah. Also, the Islamic believing people do not believe that the Christians or the Jews are praying to ‘God’ because they are not praying to Allah. Islam calls the Christian and Jewish people the ‘people of The Book’. In this they are correct, just as they know that Islam does not believe in the teachings of ‘The Book’ (The Bible). So folks, it is obvious that the people of the Islamic faith when they are praying to Allah that by the Christian and Jewish beliefs these people are just praying to the open air at best and at worst, they are praying to the Devil Himself. I am not trying to be hateful here in this article, I am just pointing out some very obvious truths between the three Abrahamic Religions where the issue is prayer.

Stand Up For Israel Against The UN’s Ignorance, Stupidity And Cowardliness

Standing for Israel’s Biblical History

October 20, 2016

Dear Friend of Israel

UNESCO, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, was formed in 1945 in a world that had just been torn apart by a devastating war. It was founded with worthy aspirations: to foster peace and respect for human rights through the promotion of education, science, and culture.

Somewhere along the line, UNESCO lost its way. Like its parent organization, it became dominated by countries that showed no respect for peace or human rights, and that displayed an overwhelming hatred toward one particular nation: Israel.

This hatred was displayed again recently, when UNESCO passed an absurd resolution denying the Jewish connection to the Temple Mount and Western Wall in Jerusalem. By adopting this resolution, UNESCO denies what all Christians and Jews, and all people with any knowledge of history, know already: Jewish claims to a home in the Holy Land, and to Jewish holy sites located there, have an irrefutable biblical, historical, and political basis.

First and foremost is the biblical claim that God promised the land to Abraham and his descendants (Genesis 13:15). Second, there has been an uninterrupted Jewish presence in the Holy Land for thousands of years. Third, numerous international agreements and resolutions have conferred political and legal legitimacy on the Jewish state. And finally, there is the fact that Jews, through vast amounts of hard work and ingenuity, made Israel the vibrant, successful, productive nation that it is today.

By denying Judaism’s claim to these sites, UNESCO violates the very principles of religious tolerance and pluralism that the organization professes to champion. It also supports a radical Islamist agenda that states Jews have no legitimate claim to these sites – the resolution refers to Israel as “the occupying Power” and references Israeli “escalating aggressions,” with no reference to Arab terrorism. It fosters a culture of hatred against and misinformation about Israel, and makes peace that much more difficult to attain.

This appalling and biased resolution must be challenged. Today, I ask you to sign our petitiondemanding that UNESCO repeal it, and forward the petition to your friends, family, and church members. By doing so, you’ll be adding more voices to the vast chorus of freedom-loving people who recognize Israel for what it is: a bastion of democracy in the midst of the tyrannical regimes of the Middle East.

Israel needs our prayers now more than ever, so please act today. And continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and for the day when UNESCO, the United Nations, and the entire world will treat Israel as a full and equal member of the community of nations.

With prayers for shalom, peace,

The Great Prophetic Story Book That Is The Old Testament Book Of Daniel

Daniel, a Prophet of God whose name means ‘God is my judge’. This Old Testament book is really quite an enjoyable read. The book is only 12 chapters long and contains several well know stories as ‘Daniel in the lion’s den’ and his three friends who were thrown into the furnace of fire that was so hot that some of the men who took them to the furnace died because of the heat. Three friends who would not bow to a fake God were to be burnt alive because of it. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, three men thrown into the fire because of their beliefs. Three men thrown in yet the King witnessed four men walking around within the fire. The King calls them out, three men come out of the fire with out a burn or even singed clothing. I believe that evening the slaves and the soldiers who witnessed this event had a story to tell to their wives and children, not exactly the normal day at the fire pit/office.

If you would this would be a wonderful book to read to your children during a family hour at home or during a set time you and your family set aside for the Lord each evening. I believe that the story of Daniel in the lion’s den is one of the first if not the first Bible story I remember hearing as a small child. It has been my experience that the stories within this book have always been well received by most everyone young or old who were hearing it for the first time. If you do not know these stories personally, please take the time to explore them with your family, I honestly believe that almost all of you will enjoy it. I am on purpose leaving the lions den story vague hoping that you will take the time to explore it for yourself.

Daniels life and his ministry covered a time that the people of Israel were in bondage in the nation of Babylon where they were taken and lived for seventy years. Daniel was deported with the other Israelite’s who had not been killed during the battle, he was 16 years old at the time. Daniel was hand-picked along with his three fore mentioned friends for government service. They were educated in Babylon’s best schools for three years and given new names, Daniel was given the name Belteshazzar  after a Babylonian God and the name meant ‘Bel protect his life.’

Daniel was blessed by the Spirit of God with great wisdom and interpretive skills which through time brought him into a position of prominence with the King, especially with Kings Nebuchadnezzar and King Darius. Daniel was mentioned three times by the sixth century BC Prophet Ezekiel as a man  who was ‘greatly loved’ and as a man who was an ‘example of righteousness.’ Jesus Himself also attributed a quote to Daniel the Prophet in Matthew 24:15.

The Book of Daniel is also widely known as a book of Prophesies and in the eleventh chapter alone there are over 100 prophecies of historical events that have come true.  The Book of Daniel just like the Book of Isaiah give the world a very detailed and quite through view of world events through the end of this world as we all know it. In his book Daniel wrote the first chapter in his native tongue of Hebrew. Chapters two through seven were written in the Aramaic language in which he chartered the future course of the future Gentile world powers.  The last five chapters (8-12) Daniel reverted back to Hebrew to show the Jewish nation of Israel under Gentile domination. The events written show the sovereign control that God has over the affairs of world history. These writings would be a lot of comfort to both the current captives of Babylon as well as many years later to the Church that Jesus would set up here upon the Earth. The truth is laid out that there will be kingdoms like the Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, English and Germans but that they will all come to ruin. Yet the fact remains that God will establish His Kingdom where Israel and God’s redeemed will stand forever. Please consider Chapter 2 verse 44, “And in he days of these Kings shall the God of Heaven set up a Kingdom which shall never be destroyed: And the Kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these Kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.”

The Book of Daniel  is a beautifully written piece of art that you and your whole family can enjoy together. Daniel is one of only a very few Biblical people where nothing negative is written about them anywhere in the Scriptures. Daniel was truly one of God’s most loved and trusted servants. Daniel set himself aside from the world around him that was full of sin and violence. He chose to be a man of God through his actions of love faith and obedience to the teachings of his Creator. Daniel chose to be a pillar of faith and Godly works even though he lived in a world where he and his people were captives and slaves. Friends, O how I wish that these traits could be said about the human race today. I wish these were traits of all of our families, the Churches we attend, about our own selves! I hope you have enjoyed this little piece about one of God’s most faithful servants. I pray that the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob (Israel) will ride with you in all of your journeys. Friends, until we meet again, Shalom.

These Days Of Palestinian Rage

We see and hear news from Israel each day via our electronics about the violence there each day. Aw how the Media does love a good story, as they should! I want the whole worlds Media to be unencumbered when they are trying to get an important story out to the worlds public. I want to see and hear the stories on my evening news programs, but I want to know that what I am being told in my living room each evening is correct, honest, true, and totally unbiased, don’t you? I want the Media to be very knowledgeable about the news event they are reporting on and to absolutely have no bias in their reporting, don’t you? Here in America our main news agencies tend to be heavy toward either the Republican Party and their platform, or they slant heavy toward the Democratic Party and their platform. What we the people want is simply down the middle truth, this is one of the good things about technology today, more eyes on the ground. People need to know the “why’s” behind major news stories, why are these things happening, why is there such hate, why did the event go to violence, why’s do matter. Without the full truth as to why an event is happening how can a person know the truth of what they are being shown in a 30 second news clip? Another thing that no audience wants is to have the Media create their own story because of their own political or financial leanings.

These days of Palestinian rage, which day isn’t a day of Palestinian rage? Since at least 1948 when the Jewish Nation of Israel came back into being, back in their ancestral homeland, when hasn’t been a day of rage as far as the Palestinian populace is concerned?  Then 1967 happened and these people rage along with their Arab brothers hate spilled over into a very short battle against the Israeli Nation (I say battle because the war is still ongoing) in which Israel recaptured more of their historical Homeland. Loosely used the Palestinian people officially refer to the land they lost in 1967 as “the occupied territories” yet unofficially all of what is Israel today is “occupied territories” to them. This is why these Islamic hate groups like Hamas, Hezbollah and Fatah keep fighting, keep murdering, to this day, they want all Jewish people and all Christian people off of “their land”. O, by the way, also all Hindu, Buddhist, etc, etc, etc.

Now, do I blame the people who were displaced in 1948 from their homeland when the Nation of Israel came back into being, for their being mad about the whole event, then to now? No, not really. Would you have gotten a major case of mad if this were done to you and your kin folks? Now let us come to the issue of history, should any history be considered? If so, whose history? Do we only allow the history of one side, two sides, all sides? I am trying to be philosophical and fair in this note to you today, I am challenging you and myself, to think, to try to be honest with ourselves, to challenge our own beliefs. Why all this? Do you care about what “Truth” is? In pure honesty lies pure Truth and for the sake of this discussion pure truth is God’s Truth, God’s version, not yours, or mine.

We can look at human history with several different starting dates in one’s mind, depending on one’s own education and Scriptural knowledge. But for the sake of today’s discussion I am not speaking of prehistoric times but do let us go back as far as Abraham the Father of Israel and the Father of the Arabic people. Both the Jewish and the Arabic sides know that they are indeed half brothers, just neither side likes the other side of the family so much. By history Israel holds claim to Jerusalem and The Rock from about 2,000 B.C. till about the year 630 A.D. when the followers of Allah behind General Mohammed forced Islam on all the lands of North-Africa and the Middle-East. They did also invade Southern Europe but were eventually beaten back across the Pond into North-Africa. Followers of Allah held “The Holy Lands” (modern-day Israel) for about 1,320 years before the a new version of the State of Israel came along in 1948. Then there is the version (size) of Israel after the 6 day war in 1967 when all of Israels neighbors attacked her and Israel retook and has kept some of Her former land. Which ones of these dates do you wish to argue for or against? Or maybe you choose the day that the Nation of Israel gave back to the Palestinian People the West-Bank and Gaza? Now that they have their own lands of Gaza and the West Bank why is it not a two state solution already?

Here in America we celebrated Columbus Day as a celebration of the day that the Europeans discovered the Americas. That was also the day the native people of these “discovered” lands started to be eradicated, almost wiped off the face of the land by these same Europeans. Should the Indian folks of the Americas celebrate the beginning of genocide against their people? Should we European Americans, African-American or Asian Americans be celebrating what was for many, a tragic event in their history? For the purpose of making an example I wish for you to think of the situation I am going to present you, afterwards, what do you think should happen in this circumstance? In the south-western state of New Mexico lies the largest Native American Peoples “Indian Reservation/Nation” in America. This is the Nation of the Navajo People yet the American Federal Government freely operates on their soil. Personally I have always wondered how or why the Federal Government should have that freedom on their land, but that’s just my thoughts on that matter. Lets say for the sake of argument that the United States Supreme Court ruled that  the whole state of New Mexico had to be returned to the American Native Peoples of America, what would happen then? Would the people who lived in New Mexico who weren’t of sufficient Indian blood move freely, even if they were being given fair dollar value for the properties they had to leave behind? How many would fight the American government forces who were insisting they vacate? How many would fight against any Indian person who stepped foot on “their land”. Then there is the issue of violence or of a violent take over of the State by Native American Clans/Tribes. Should we the people of the other 49 States help our “non-Indian” brothers to kill these “Red-Skins, put them in their place”? What is “their place”, where is it? Just because the Native American Peoples occupied all of the Americas without significant influxes of other races up until the early  fifteen-hundreds. But we white folks, black folks, and brown toned folks have dominated these lands for about 500 years now so we have all the rights, right? Can I as  a White man honestly say that the Red man has no such right to even try to retake the lands of his ancestors?

I am by choice a man of God and I do believe that God is the true definition of Love, that He is not hate. If you believe this and you believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God the Father then the Spirit of God’s love resides within you, not hate. God has never said that a person does not have the right to defend themselves when they or their families are being attacked! Instead it is required of a person to defend their families even if not themselves. But, and a huge but has to be added here, no one and I do mean no one has the right to be the aggressor. It is easy to start blaming others say so and so started it when they did this, this, and this.

Here is a way to find out the heart of the person and the heart of “their God”. If your God is “not about love”, is he really a God? If there was a world-wide decree for there to be absolutely no violence at all, one person toward another and that meant all violence stopped at once, is this something that you or “your God” would adhere to?  If your religion says no to peace, if it tells you to kill all people who don’t agree with you, are you really listening to “God”? Or, are you for some insane reason following something that is pure evil? If I move into a new home and I find out that my neighbor is a horrible person, lets say every time he sees me he flips me off and calls me and all of my family horrible names. Even though I might like to go drop an elephant on his head or shoot him with a cannon, I don’t have that right, that would make me the physical aggressor. In nations like America we do have laws that are set up to protect us from such nice neighborliness eliminating the need for any violence. You know what happens when things turn to violence. The neighbor I dropped the elephant on had two brothers, three mean sisters, and crazy parents so now the whole neighborhood is up in smoke. If no one and I do mean no one from either side strikes the first physical blow, there can be no war, no physical casualties. If the “God” that has your ear is not the God of love, then it is not a “God” that has our ear at all!

Poem: Mandrake The Devil’s Flower—Really???

Poem About Mandrake: Islam Says It Is The Devil’s Flower: Here Is Why

Mandrake, are you the Devil’s flower

In Islam you are so-called you see

The reason is plain and simple

But most of the world is blind to thee

How could you a God-given herb

In any way be a controversy

Go back in time about four thousand years

Back before the first seed of Islam ever appeared

You’re beautiful seed like all green herbs

A gift given from God to man

Given for enjoyment and relaxation

But some how now to partake of you is called a sin

Back a long time ago before God’s Prophets were on the land

Abraham the father of many, this is where the story began

His sons Ishmael then Isaac who begat Jacob, called Israel

Mandrake the history that of Israel began one night with thee

Isaac was married to two sisters, back then it was okay to be

He rotated from tent to tent each night in his attempt to please

Rebecca was his favorite wife but this night was not her turn to be

For this night was her sister Leigh’s turn with Isaac to be with her

Rebecca the smart one had lots of Mandrake but Leigh had none of thee

This night Rebecca wanted Isaac and Leigh wanted a buzz from thee

Mandrake flower, Leigh pleased, this night Isaac impregnated Rebecca

Not with just any child, but with one who changed all of world history

Boy child born whom his parents called Jacob, twelve boys in his loins to be

The Lord God would soon change his name to Israel, meaning God strives

The twelve sons the twelve names of the twelve tribes of God’s nation, Israel

Now do you see why Islam calls Mandrake the Devil’s seed?
